Highland Titles, the leading seller of “souvenir” plots of land in Scotland with accompanying titles of “Lord and Lady of Glencoe” have made a very generous donation to the ABO which will greatly help us to overcome the difficult position that we have been placed in by the States of Alderney.
Highland Titles are very active in conservation of flora and fauna in Scotland as you can see on the “our company” section of their website

Common Shelduck continues to increase in numbers in Alderney, from being listed as a rare winter visitor we had our first confirmed breeding in 2017 then again in 2019. This year we have increased to 3 breeding pairs and this morning great news as we came across the first ducklings (8 in total) of 2021 being closely chaperoned by mum and dad on the north east coast. Photo (JH) of this mornings Shelduck family.
